  mr. miagi (spelling) nicknamed his student daniel, "danielson" (spelling) in the hit movie karate kid.. kuai chang cain (spelling) was the name of the character in the hit series, kung fu, and his nickname was grasshopper.. as a student of martial arts, i choose to go by the nickname cockroach, or cucuracha (spanish translation).. i choose this name because it reminds me of a song i learned while i was growing up in the san luis valley.

  la cucuracha, la cucuracha.

  My parents rejected my invitation - because of the tree

  yesterday was a special day for my family and me: we bought our first x-mas tree.

  the kids are very enthusiastic about it.

  and i was happy providing them with something i did not have as a kid.

  But on the other hand it was an issue: I had my parents invited on Dec 24th and they had accepted the invitation. They are JW but have not attendend meeting for some years.

  Its a trigger response which they havn't been able to break yet, don't beat yourself or them up over it....patience is a virtue...I read that on a bumper sticker.

  Maybe next year have them over before the tree goes up or after it comes down...work out a solution to benefit all and you'll feel better.

  i am not going to divulge any names or contact details as i do not what this being taken much further.. i will cut to the chase, i have fallen in love with a jehova's witness.

  i am not a jehova's witness... can you see where this is going?

  i have been told that her being in love with me is strictly against jw "policy"... now, i have been scowering the net for days now, becomming increasingly insomniate and i have to admit, i have found nothing to support this warning.
