  Does he believe every astronomical tablet has been tampered with? I'm not sure how he thinks he can prove all of this when it corroborates with the rest of the evdience

  That sounds like a lot of effort to go to with no real motive. Plus they'd have to be very good at making the writing itself look authentic. This idea just runs into so many problems.

  I mean people would notice if the artifact suddenly ended up in 3 pieces. Furuli needs to get up and actually have someone study the tablet for clues of tampering, this wild speculation is ridiculous.

  Wait, so he thinks the tablet was broken into 3 pieces by a grinding machine (you know, rather than just being over 2000 years old)? This hypothesis is absurd, no one would go to this much effort for no reason, the idea of using a grinder on a historical artifact would be obscene to any archeologist.

  Well yeah but did Furuli mention HOW they would alter the tablet? Would they have needed modern technology or could it be done by any old idiot?

  Or has he just totally neglected to mention any of these specifics?

  Wouldn't the tablet have had to have been tampered with back in 1915 (which I do believe is when the first photo of it was released)? Would it have even been possible to tamper with it back then?

  sorry for another thread, however i saw on here that the two stele's disagree with each other, one saying adad guppi died on nab's 6th year and the other saying she died on his 9th regnal year.

  is there truth to this or was it merely a translation error at the time?

  i'm struggling to find info on this stuff so i come to the experts..
