i have traveled widely in asia and have visited iran on business.

i have always found the average muslim to be extremely hospitable and generous.

did you ever think of attending a meeting at another hall far away, where no one knows you, and where you could pass for a very spiritual jw...although you,re df'd... hehe.

something maybe you'd like to do just once, just to see how things are these days at the meetings.. and maybe at the end of the meeting after making 10 comments, tell everyone, you're disfellowshipped !!!!

I went to a meeting in Central Florida 2 years ago... yes, the land of the living dead. I raised my hand to answer a WT question 5 times, finally the conductor called on me. He asked "who is the Son being mentioned in Hebrews chapter 1?" I answered, "Satan." WRONG, but tactful. The entire congregation were shocked. I left after that and went out to have a drink in the parking lot. I then returned and raised my hand a few more times, but no bingo.

does anyone know exactly why olin moyle was disfellowshipped?

the only reason i can think of right now is that he wrote a letter that rutherford didn't like.. why did rutherford have to make such a big deal about the letter?.

it could be that rutherford's personality just could not let any criticism be left unchallenged.. --vm44.

not for me, i might add.. my boyfriend, who isn't a big drinker, went out with his best mate and a few other friends last night on a birthday celebration.

they went to see some led zeppelin tribute band, and around a few pubs as well.

he staggerred in at around 1:30am, just after i'd gone to bed, very much the worse for drink, and had to make frequent visits to the loo all night.

They're looking for me! 2 Witnesses came to the house I once lived in - St. Cloud, Florida. One sister said to the lady I once lived with in the house, "where is the former pioneer. I don't remember his name, but he had long hair." The lady I had lived with responded, "I know no man." The sister told her, "we spoke a few months ago to him." And my friend responded, "I know no man."

The sisters left shaking their head, and my friend went inside and howled. It had been a year ago when I was visiting that I met them. I asked them about the UN, GB, Little Flock, 1914, 1918, etc. They said they'd be back with answers. This time they had the TRACT, that was going to answer all the questions.

I almost had all my questions answered. I almost was saved. Boo Hoo!
