  a jw relative brought out something i actually had to agree with.

  we were discussing positive vs. negative aspects of the "truth".

  she brought out that the witnesses do not participate in war, and i thought 'gee, that's probably a good thing'.

  welcome to the board, frantic. :)

  i sincerely hope you have a look around before making any final decisions about involvement with the witnesses; there is a lot of great info here that you won't hear at your local kingdom hall ;)

  John Mayer Stinks

  i can't stand the guy or his songs.

  his voice is grating.

  what's worse, my local radio station plays one of his songs like every 15 minutes, and every other station is either country or classical music.

  i think it was also funny because somewhere in there "F*ck you John Mayer!! F*ck you right up the ass!!!" was thrown in

  OMG that struck me funny and made me laugh so hard just now!!!!!!! :P

  lucky for john he can get by on his pretty face...even though i don't really think he sucks, but maybe because i make a point not to listen to the radio much for fear of getting sick of hearing the same thing over and over again

  the first time I heard "Tonight"

  ok this is somewhat embarrassing, but one time when i was like seven or so at my grandma's house i was hanging out in my aunt's room (shes only a couple of years older than me so we were buds) and i was playing that song and lip synching and dancing to it, omg its so geeky, i was so trying to imitate the nkotb dance moves, HORRIBLE, anyway my grandma walked in on my performance and i was SO EMBARRASSED!! i hella tried to act like i wasnt doing anything, lol, so uncool!!

  ringu kicks ass in my opinion :P but my favorite is either 'suspiria', 'opera' (i'm a bid argento fan) or texas chainsaw massacre (and not that soppy remake, either)
