  recently there have been several claims made regarding prophecies that came true.

  i've not personally seen a prophecy that i would consider as having come true.

  So, you are left with exercising good judgement, whether a report is true, half-true or false. And you have to allow for the benefit of the doubt. Take for example Josephus' testimony on Daniel. Do you accept it as fact or fiction:

  Nope, not an option for you. A key component of science is "observation". That's no longer an option for you. Their reports and observations can't be allowed in. Everything you are describing is using science. You just said that is NOT valid, you need to find another way.

  Josephus (ca. 100 CE) would view Daniel as “one of the greatest prophets,” because not only did he prophesy future things, but he also fixed the time during which these would come to pass.

  Yes, but science (which you can't use in any way) clearly shows Daniel was written over the years in parts and pieces by different people.

  Why do JWs think ISIS is sadisitc but the Israelites under Jah's command loving?

  i have heard so many jws complain about isis and how cruel and sadistic and pitiless they are.

  all my mind can think about is how their techniques are so similiar to the ancient israelites under joshua that the jws feel are heroes and champions of true worship.. role models for kids.

  isis believes that non-believers who do not subscribe to their world view should be killed in brutal ways.

  Actually, you may be incorrect on every single one of these assertions. His wife may have been Mary Magdalen, at least according to one ancient document (photo below) in which Jesus refers to Mary as his "spouse."

  what specifically made you stop believing in god and the bible?

  was it a steady road of doubts or it was reading one book or one major event that made you realize the bible was not what it's claimed to be?.

  The Pastor of my Old Church Tried to Re-Convert Me Yesterday

  yesterday evening my wife and i were invited to friends house for new year's eve.

  we met them when i was a christian and we have kept in touch.

  they had a few other friends there as well, including the new church pastor and his wife.

  I have realized that we don't know that god or gods are perfect, omnipotent or omnibenevolent . We don't know if God is omnipotent, all powerful, or a lone god. We don't know if God is all good or if there are good gods and bad gods. We just do not know.

  Your answer is "it's a mystery" backed by a feckless God that sucks at his job. Why are you worshipping it?

  You are literally claiming Jesus had no wife and his wife was Mary Magadalene.
