Hey all
well im on my lunch break thought id quickly say hi and that so far job is going great.Its funny leaving the office\bosses home and simply walking downstairs into my unit for lunch
I have already stuffed something up tho so waiting eagerly for him to come back from meetings to fix it for me.
But so far all is great and we are pretty comfy round each other which is nice.

Well, ES, if you are starting to love the job after only half a day, it's got to be a good sign.
Usually, new jobs are tough to get going on, but if it's that easy, sounds good to me.

es, I really didn't understand this, til I read it a few times. I presume "stuffed" means broken? Here in the US, you stuff a turkey, or put something into something til its full.

Well the day is over.
Horrible life..... i lost my work trying to do something and was too scared to look for it on the computer incase i mucked up something. Its all good tho.
My brain hurts......info overload i think i lost alittle excitement after the mix up but im back again on Wed.

Its always a pain when something goes wrong, but it can take weeks in a new job to really get to know your equipment, the person you are working with and what's expected of you. Hopefully things will only get better!

And what Luna said, you can almost expect to make mistakes until you get used to things so don't let it worry you too much.

thanks all for the well wishes. Im going to suggest a trial period so that gives me time to get used to it all and gives him time to see if he wants me still. Im a bit more nervous now for some reason but once i get there tom hopefully all goes well
