So how did your second day at work go, ES? I want to know.
The first week or so is the worst. After that, things start falling into place, and you start to develop a system.
My daughter started an entirely new job a year ago. She had no clue what or how to do it. She got some on the job training, not much, just enough for her to barely handle it. It took her over a month to get things caught up, and learn the job, and now that she knows the job profusely, and has everything organized to a "T", she sits on her butt for a half day with nothing to do. LOL !!!
