Women's breasts are just bags of fat. However, they produce pleasurable feelings, so I'd imagine that women think and compare based on how the sensations and feelings are. Some wimminz can orgasm just from erotic breast-play. I've been made aware that some females go to "rate my boobs" sites for fun.
