I think Bigsis needs more advice than she was given so far, so I brought this up to the top again.

How far is your sister into the study, bigsis?

We need to know this, in order for us to give you the right advice, such as what to read, what to research, how to get her to research, if it can be done and so on.

Welcome bigsis. I'm thebig sister on the other side as in one thats left. Once you lose a family member to the JWs its very hard to get them back. Any specific questions you have I'd love to answer.

    Now What?

Yes, please do tell us more.

Was she happy to be a Baptist with the rest of the family? I mean was she active and proud of Jesus or being 'born again', or was she more a Baptist just because mom and dad were? Being raised into a religion and actually being into it are two totally different things, and where she came from can affect how easy/difficult the future goes.

There are scores of people that join the Witnesses saying that they were such and such religion, only to discover later that they never really knew much about their former religion in the first place. Knowing how strong of a Baptist she was might give us something to build on.
