Pro Choice or not?

    As a Libertarian I am Pro Choice on every issue.

    It is unlikely that the US Supreme Court will ever overturn Roe vs. Wade.

    Having said that and being a supporter of abortion rights, I think it should not be a Federal decision any way, each State should decide what its people think is right.

    pro-choice, whether it's legal or not.

    jesus is never going to stop people from doing this. the best thing is to regulate and educate.

    Does a potential Supreme Court Justice's position on abortion affect whether or not you would confirm their appointment?

    Not really. I'd prefer to go on their record as a judge, and the principles on which they base their decisions. If the judge is fair, their personal opinion on abortion shouldn't matter. Their duty is to interpret existing law.
