Yeah and he said that my rate of pay will go up the more i learn, so my rate of pay depends on how fast i learn.
The more i think bout it the more im offended that he thought that i was gulliable enuf to not question wages and money and to accept his deal there is no way anybody else would accept that

he wants to pay me only one of the two days i work, like he is giving up 50% of his time training me so i should be happy giving up 50% wage!!!!
ES, I was under the impression that it is "one day" that he was taking away from you, and that was all. I didn't realize it was one day "every week". If this is the case, then the training isn't worth the job, so I agree you should dump him, and get a "real" job. (Trying to clarify my opinion).

No hubert not just one day but one days wage every week until i learn what he wants me to learn, and if its not fast enuf for him my wages are at base wage
