I just went out for only the second time in the last three months since i broke my leg - to socialise - for a meal with a girl I haven't seen for a year. She kept saying nice stuff about me and how she liked me and so on. So why do I feel so dreadful and didn't believe her.
What is wrong with me?

Alot of things are wrong with you, and that's why no one talks to you or wants to post on your threads, or even want to be next to you.
I'm sorry I had to say this, but it was for your own good.

Is this usual for you to feel like that, or is this just something since you hurt your leg and haven't been around anyone lately? I think being an ex witness may have alot to do with it, if you feel this way often and it's not due to your accident.

JH you are avery bitter man or a very funny one - now I know your place of abode kinda indicates the former but my brief experience of you implies the latter - so i laughed. Thanks you guys.

Being an ex-witness can make us wary of everyone, and suspiscious of every comment someone make... Or perhaps you may need to get better at accepting compliments...

Just saw the movie Charade (S. Donen, 1963) again a few days ago. A line from Audrey Hepburn to Cary Grant:
"You know what is wrong with you? Nothing."
