Yes- sir- e brothers and sisters......your skin cancer worries are over! Just promise you won't tell anyone cuz we don't want just anybody benifiting.

    Watchtower 1913 July 1 p. 200 A Cure for Surface Cancer

..." We have recently learned of a very effective and simple remedy for cancers which show themselves on the surface of the body. We are informed that a physician, after testing this remedy, paid $1000 for the information, and that he has established a Cancer Hospital which is doing good work. The recipe has come to us free and we are willing to communicate the formula, but only to those who are troubled with surface cancers and who will write to us directly, stating particulars.

No fee will be charge, but in order to protect the sufferers, we require a promise that they will not sell the formula to others, nor receive pay for the use of it, nor communicate the formula to anybody. Any one known to be a sufferer can be informed of the terms on which the prescription is obtainable through us."

Remember....don't tell anyone, but rather have them contact the society directly so everyone don't hear bout this and get cured. The society wants to make sure they get all the credit.

Yes, this is old light........but old light was once new light. I wonder how many died back then using the society's miracle cure?

Even if there were a cure for cancer, does anyone actually think that the government would share it with the world ? Hell no. It is actually fact that cancer treatment is the largest money making industry in the world. If they had a cure and anyone knew about it, then all people would be cured of cancer but then all those who had the cure would be out of a job and the governments would be at loss in their pockets.

This thought that the borg has a cure for skin cancer is just another bulls**t story in order to gain control over it's people.

Obviously. That explains why no diseases have ever been cured

I have to wonder how many JWs chose to go beyond what was written, and shoved this "remedy" up their a$$es in an effort to treat colon cancer.

    The Grape Cure

One of the strange cures advocated in The Golden Age included The Grape Cure which was purported to cure cancer. It was a fasting diet favored by Naturopaths and others consisting solely of grapes. Grapes for breakfast, grapes for lunch and grapes for dinner for weeks. This was about all that was needed to cure your cancer. The philosophy and ideas behind it were strange, some would say occultic. The grape cure worked, according to its founder, Johanna Brandt, because grapes were "magnetic" and pepped up your mind with the sun’s healing "vibrations." Needless to say, there are many stories of unfortunate individuals who tried this "cure" and died of cancer. How many of those included Jehovah’s Witnesses who followed The Golden Age’s endorsement is anybody’s guess. [19]

Still popular among some JWs today.

Well Derek, he does have a point. The same could be said for the "war on drugs." Americans ought to be ashamed that in 2006 we still waste so much money on pharmaceuticals and busting people for smoking grass (I know you're not American). This country should still be way ahead of where it is medically and medicinally. My hopes are that as I approach 60 years of age (only 25 years from now.... scary) that anti-aging methods and genetic restructuring of failed organs, etc. will be tested and made available.

blondie, that's true, I have heard of JWs eating tons of grapes. The only grape I like is the squeeze bottle jam for my toast, probably loaded with preservatives and all nutritional value diminished.

I have a whole write up on a woman who was a nurse for a cancer treatment doctor in Canada. Her name is Renae Caise. I keep getting a proxy block so I will not write a lot because when I do it is all in vain anyways. But if your interested then I suggest you do a search on her name and read what it say's. It goes into the political part of it also.
