And how do you cook it? On the grill, in a frying pan, or grill in the oven?

Well, due to the blood issue, I grew up with all meats well done, nearly burnt. A few years after I left, a gal introduced me to the joy that is filet minon. The rarest I will normally go is medium well, but even just that little pink strip in the middle makes all the difference in the world. *drool*
