For my family...right after we left the JWs it was mid-November. Now, the christmas tree and decorations go up around a week before or after Thanksgiving.

Right after Thanksgiving. The first time I got to celebrate I put the tree up before Thanksgiving...and left it up 'till February! Had a lot of catching up to do! I didn't want the season to end. Now it's usually right after New Years

This yr I am not ready to give up autumn, so I am waiting a few more wks. I usually put them up on Thanksgiving though.

The day after Thanksgiving. We just continue the family togetherness theme from the day before and decorate the whole house. It is alot of fun with great memories.

I grew up putting them up by the first week in December. So, basically, right after Thanksgiving.

I just leave em up all year round!
only kidding - usually last Friday of November - my boyfriend has a function to go to and I babysit his daughter and we do it together.
I can't wait to get them back down tho - as soon as boxing day is done I can't wait to clear all the tacky paraphenalia and get my house tidy again.
