Hi rocketman. Nice to see your post. Actually, I was indirectly involved in a trespassing case in this area. The persons involved were told that the WTS was not going to fight this in court and that the person was on their own as to paying any fines. This is not the 30's and 40's when Rutherford packed the jails with JWs going door to door on Sundays. A letter has since been read to the congregations telling them to obey no trespassing signs at their own peril.

There is a therapist in my area that has a sign up on her door that reads something like that.

I don't remember the exact wording, but it ended with "Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and Church of God members welcome."

There is also the possibility that the householder to whom we spoke will have a change of heart and become more agreeable to having us call. So after some time a tactful inquiry should be made of the occupants to determine their current feelings.

Tried this. Best thing that's worked for me is take one from the fold and move them in and get engaged to them. I get left alone now encase I lead anyone else astray.

When I was studying with crazy sister Evelyn we went out in field service one day (hated it) and came to a door. sister evelyn turned to me and said that at this door was a young person (teenager) who was interested but his parents were against it and she was stopping by to see if the kid was home alone so that she could leave some mags with him.
