  My wife when we were JW's biggest fear was she would have to go to her grave without ever letting me knows the truth about this. She say's over the years she realized it was not her problem the Jw's were wrong on this ONE THING and that ONE THING only. So after realizing the BORG was wrong on allot of this, which took her some time she then had the strength to let me know. She says she saved me twice since we have been married from getting seriously hurt by knowing the future. She says I would be crippled right now if she did not have this ability

  If she was actually seeing the future, she would not be able to prevent your injuries, because they never happened in the future. At best, it is a speculative possibility.

  Maybe your wife is clever and kind. She knew about the situation and told this story to alleviate the sense of guilt from your friend might be feeling. Do the time frames allow for this?

  Could she see visions. Sure why not? Just what exactly would we be capable of if we could tap into more of the unused and unknown properties of the brain? Maybe your wife and others like her that truly see things and aren't out for a quick buck. Maybe by some kind of genetic glitch she uses an extra portion that the rest of us aren't able to tap into.

  We did not know that someone had died when she told me. The only reason she said anything is that the spirit asked her to tell Todd. She had a feeling it was the Todd that we knew. Nethier of us knew the man had been killed. All she knew was something bad happened sometime in the past . She did not know at the time the spirit talked to her only minutes after the wreck. Also I personally did not hunt with Todd that morning he went by himself so I did not know how worried Todd was about his friend not showing up to hunt.

  My neiphew that was shot. My wife told me about her dream as soon as she woke up the monring of the day it happened. The dream scared her really bad. He was killed that afternoon. She allso told me that my brothers daughter was going to die in a car wreck and it happened about a week after she told me. She has tells me these things before they happen or before we know about it like the wreck a few weeks ago.

  I suppose you can back this up with your degrees in neurology? Naturally people are not using all of their brain all of the time, but scans of the brain while performing various tasks have conclusively proved that all regions of the brain are used, and there is no unused 85-90% portion.

  (Though I am slowly being driven to the conclusion that perhaps some people may only be using 10% - the ones who fall for these old tired myths.)

  My sons and I finish each other sentences all the time. Or I will be thinking of something asking myself a question in my head, and one of my boys will walk in the room and answer it. I never said a word. It drives my 14 year old crazy.I will just starting talking about something and it will be what he was thinking just a few minutes earlier. I have always known things even as a jw child. I never thought my mom paid attention because she has always been a 'good' jw. But my sister told me that my mom listened if I said I had a feeling. It was never anything we talked about it was just something that happened from time to time. so I think things like this are very real. Pam

  My Spooky experience,
  
  I was driving on a normal main road a big old van with my girlfriend sitting next to me, it was about 12 midnight. As I was approaching a cemetary on this main road I heard three sets of three bangs on the roof of the van. The first set didn't worry me as I thought I hit tree branches, the second set sounded like someone was on the roof of the van and banging with his fist and I thought how can that be and the third set caused me to stop the van and feeling silly got out and looked to see who the hell was on the roof of my van and playing this stupid trick. Of course there was no one and I saw no one running away either and I would have easily noticed when we got in the van at the start of our journey if some prankster had jumped on.
  The tree branches were way to high to have knocked my van, I checked this. I got back in the van and asked my girfriend if she had heard anything and what did it sound like - we were in agreement. It really spooked her.
  
  My father had died about a month before and this cemetary had been one that we had visited to bury him at. I felt that this was the right place but everybody else said no so we buried him somewhere else.
  
  It's as though my dad was trying to tell me I didn't want to be buried here anyway or that I should have insisted on this cemetary. That's just the first thing that came to my mind not that I believe it.
  
  I drove down that main road again several times but nothing.

  Hold it !!!!!!! I just read a quote of scripture from defd. He stated that the body returns to the ground and the spirit returns to God. What the heck defd, I thought JW's believe that you just stay in the grave period,,,,the body and spirit. I know for sure that the witnesses believe that only the 144,000 are going to heaven, now you are saying that all people who die go back to God ? Now tell me something defd ? Where is God ?????????????
