I understand from your expression "horrible" that these are considered extremely vulgar expressions. If so, that would be more than Americans would consider the English versions of the above. "Dickhead" is not used in formal or polite speech, and is not quite considered vulgar, but is common in everyday speech. "Cunthead" is not used at all, but if someone did use it, the meaning would be immediately understandable and probably considered somewhat more vulgar than "dickhead". That's because "dick" (= penis) is a common and somewhat childish word, while "cunt" is considered much more vulgar, almost to the point of the French "con". Nevertheless, as in all colloquial and slang speech, spoken usage is the best determiner of meaning, and that tends to vary around the U.S., and especially other native-English speaking areas such as the U.K. and Australia.
