As Professor Higgens would say:
I think they've done it,
I think they've done it,
By George they've done it.
For those willing to undertake this as a project, it will be up to that group of individals to decide the formatting, etc.
HOWEVER, please reconsider my suggestion that the "Poster Commentary" have font color soemwhat close to "light yellow" on a white background. THINK!!!
If anyone is seriously considering doing this, this thread now needs to be deleted. It has been up long enough for the idea to be spread around.
Dear brothers and sister please open your song book on song number 226
Sue you, sue me
Sue it for always
That's the way it should be
Sue you, sue me
sue them all together
Naturally
I had a dream,
I had an awesome dream
People in the park
Playing games in the dark
And what they played,
Was a masquerade,
From behind the walls of doubt
A voice was crying out
They’ll Sue you, sue me
They’ll Sue it for always
That's the way it should be
Sue you, sue me
sue them all together
Naturally
As we go down life’s lonesome highway
Seems the hardest thing to do is to find a friend or two
A helping hand - some one who understands
That when you feel you’ve lost your way
You’ve got some one there to say I’ll show you
Sue you, sue me
Sue it for always
That's the way it should be
Sue you, sue me
sue them all together
Naturally
So you think you know the answers - oh no
’couse the whole world has got you dancing
That’s right - I’m telling you
It’s time to start believing in us- oh yes
Believing who we are: we are your shining star
I agree the comments should be light yellow on white.
Does anyone know what you have to have to successfully bring a suit?
A person to sue...for one thing.

I don't know alot about operating a website, but I assume you are referring to obtaining a "freebie" so as to not have to provide identity, credit card info, etc.
If so, there is a major problem with that strategy. Providers of freebie webspace will delete the website at the first complaint of copyright violation.
I am trying to provide an idea for website formatting that will provide the desired content, yet not violate international copyright laws.
Such a website should be hosted by an actual person using a webhost in a country where the WBTS has no clout with law enforcement. An attempt to shut this website down should be expected by the owner, so they should be someone willing to tell WBTS to bring it on -- the purpose of my website is to provide excerpts of material requested by unknown parties, and allow unknown parties to comment on such -- all in quantities permissible under the "fair use" doctrine.

What is the WTS status in Italy and France?

No. I am talking about legitimate hosting. With an actual identity. You have a PM. There are other methods of payment besides credit card. We have entered a realm where we have the upper hand over the WTS—we use technology freely.
