Obviously the photo is a hyperbolic message about the greater community of friends one acquires by becoming a Witness. Your title is misleading as everyone who is honest and objective will admit that such a picture would never occur in real life. At most there are several that would greet someone but not a big crowd like in the picture.

Your reference of the questionable cult tactic of "love bombing" has no relationship to Jehovah's Witnesses who do not practice anything like love bombing.
