The JW's get their arguments all confused, since they pull any shred of anything that seems to support their position into the fray. Your paradise question is a theological one, isn't it? You're not asking "is there a god, and will he give us a paradise?" You're asking, "Assuming there's a god, and that he authored the Bible, does he intend to give us a paradise?"
Those are two entirely different questions, and you're getting answers to both because the JW's mix-n-match evidence.
Are human bodies ready to live forever, save for some small defect introduced by god? Biologically, no. Theologically, depends on which theologian you talk to. :-)
