Changes like these are terribly difficult but if you honestly feel that it's for the best......it will work out for you. Sometimes the "loneliness" can be a great time to take stock of things and to be able to think and to make decisions away from pressures. You'll find that it isn't "lonely" at all.....but just "different" than what you're used to! You might be very pleasantly surprised!
I don't mean to make light of a serious situation but there are many pluses that you may encounter that will be of benefit all around. I wish you the very best.
