As someone who at one point was taking Egyptology as a major, and who was a Kemetic Pagan, I can say a lot of that has nothing to do with Asar(Osiris) whatsoever and I have no clue where they got it from. His mother was a human? wtf?

Ben, actually it seems that story was written specifically as polemic against the traditional use of a bull to represent Yahweh in the time of Jeroboam and likely before. It is also antiAaronic in its final form.
