Friday is a good day, any time, since the weekend beckons.
I think it can be a self-fulfilling prophecy for some people if they are superstitious.

Since my birthday is on December 13th, I've had several birthdays on Friday the 13th. Just another day for me. Hey Friday the 13th is tomorrow, yeah the weekend is coming!

It's a ridiculous superstition for the naive, do all people get bad luck on that day? To the contrary a lot of good things can happen on Friday the thirteenth.

Dansk - I still won't walk under ladders but that's because I'm a health and safety nut! I do walk under if the alternative is to walk in the road though - the lesser of two evils methinks!

Just another day. But as Finally Free pointed out here in Ontario we have about 100 thousand
motorcyclist come from all over North America to a little town on Lake Erie. This happens on
every friday the 13th. My daughter and son in law are big bikers and we have gone with them.
I dont believe there will be as many this Jan. as it is quite cold here. I am about an hour and a half
from there. There are bikes of every kind and description, and lots of fun.
