it's still not making sense to me, on a couple of different levels. i would like to give you the benefit of the doubt, but i think you may have misread/mis-interpreted something. considering the volume of papers nature publishes, perhaps you could provide a date, or a link. cuz, right now i am confused as to even what you are getting at, not only philosophically, but technically too.

DNA is both a natural and indispensible part of human nature and it can never be removed, it is the DNA that directs the growth and shaping of the fetus and the child to the adult form. It also contains the codes that enable protein production throughout life, without proteins life is not possible.
It is DNA defects that can be removed for an improved nature.
This person's theory is that viruses infected RNA,which lead to the development of DNA.
What you are saying does not make sense because no human can ever exist without DNA as they can't exist without a heart or lungs. Then DNA and RNA are two diferent things and human (and all higher life form) genes are always made of DNA exclusively.
