Assembly hall in Monroe, NY sold to a synagogue of Hassidic Jews
There two in my city (Regina). The Lakeview congregation sold theirs to the Bahai, and the Coronation Park Hall is now a Sikh Temple.
North Congregation of Jersey City, New Jersey. Sold their hall to Jesus the Healer, a Philipino Church, now they meet at the Stanley Theater.

South Knoxville Tennessee KH sold to a church. I will do a drive-by Wednesday on the way to worship services and check but I think it is baptist.
Maryville, TN KH is now Foothills Funeral Home. The owner is a pastor.
both the kingdom halls in Valdosta were sold to churches.
Although not sold to a church, I think it's ironic that the KH in Clifton, CO was sold to the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars.)
