There is one lady on the board that thinks she is the smartest person in the world and from day one has rubbed me the wrong way.

I for one am constantly amazed at her posts and wonder how the hell she has time to compose it and still get it posted before the thread changes direction. Sorry you got rubbed the wrong way, but that's something that we have to deal with in any group of people. I don't know if she thinks she is the smartest person in the world or not, or how you judge smartness, but judging by her posts, in my definition of smartness, she is right up there.

I have enjoyed the remarks very much. I have had three different members that have asked me to post their threads because they are sick of people being rude to them and being ridiculed. I personal like to argue and do research. Most timid people don't start threads that they know will be ridiculed. We chase the funnest people off the board, how much fun would the board be without PMJ and others like him.

As regards the person I was talking about with the long post she is probable a very nice person and if I was single, and she was single, I would ask her out knowing we would have a lot fun discussing topics, she is very knowledgeable. But I personal know she has been very, very, very, wrong a few times but so have I. When she posts a small novel others feel they can't post because they will look stupid if they disagree with her. This is not just me that thinks this, I have on the average at least 20 PMs a month people wanting help with blood. Many posters have said this about her, commenting on what bothers them about the board amking small talk. Many have said lots of different comments about many a poster here. I don't think saying in this thread it is going to hurt her any, only make her more effective and then her ideas will reach more people and not bother so many. I have said my peace now,.

Now this to me is the epitome of rudeness. Why couldn't you address your issues with this poster privately? In all my time on this board I have never seen a member so openly and grotesquely spread gossip about another member in this manner.

There's a huge cross-section of people on this board Skyman. It's hard to offer an opinion that doesn't fall into sombody's area of expertise. Why take offense?

See this dicussion is open and people speak their minds without too much slamming. Even in this post your slams are address personally to me. I have mentioned no names. I have the right to speek my mind too. If you don't like it, smile life is short. Many people have a hard time with honesty. This thread speaks volumes proving my point.

If you are having issues with a poster why don't you just talk to them about through pm's instead of slyly doing it in public? If you don't like somone's comments to your thread then just ignore them, not everybody has to agree with you.

Threads not getting a lot action? Could it be that they are not of interest to the posters on the board at that time? Maybe the threads are boring or just not noticed if they get bumped to the 2 or 3 page? To lay the blame on a sole poster is immature and shortsighted.

Deal with it and move on.
