The organization and all of their RULES, RULES, RULES
The drudgery and monotony of meetings, studying, preparing talks, field service, no interest from people in field service, going on bible studies that go nowhere....
These things wear on the soul.
Day in and day out with study, meetings, service, etc. and no help but "do more do more do more"
That's a real buzzkill.
What kills it? The same thing that kills it in ever other area of life. A great Oscar Wilde Quote:
"Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative."
When things become ordaniry, routine, and a task people loose interest in them.
