I think Kismet was trying to warn Path of the dangers of equating females with "middle-aged" and "several emotional breakdowns" so that we don't start a gender war here. We can get a bit testy with those words.

I'm truly glad to hear you say Dateline already knows of the typical JW mindset of "hide-all for the good of the organization...wait on God".
This lifts my hopes even higher that the true picture, of what the WTS is like, will be made crystal clear.
However my hopes now are my own creation, so even if they aren't completely met, I will not be crushed as I was with the realization that the hopes I had, that were created by the WTS, will never happen. My hopes now are based on facts, not fairy tales.

Problem with the phrase middle-aged?? Well I am glad you raised this, as it is a highly subjective term of little meaning.
For example should one live to the ripe age of 100, then middle age is in fact 50. However in some cases life is snuffed out at 20 and thus making middle age for said person 10 years of age.
Since none really know when they may pass on, middle age cannot really be determined. (sorry you asked now aren't you?!?!? smirk)
