What I am referring to is not this 360 Furman sale which was used for shipping not for housing. They are going to start or already have started to sell the actual buildings that the bethelites are/were housed in. This is big since they never did this before, in the past they were always buying small brownstones around Brooklyn Heights to accomodate them. Times are changing.

The sign is not there anymore, and the hall is still being used by the j.w.'s.
It's a super prime location, and I think they are holding out selling it, because there might be a Mall built on that location, which will bring the price up even higher if that happens. So, I think they decided to wait until that goes through, then make an even bigger profit.
