They may or may not ask. They are supposed to ask. Not specifically if you had sex or not, but like a previous poster said they should ask generically about your relationship and if you've maintained a clean courtship. They may bluntly ask you if there is any reason you know of that would prohibit you from getting married in the KH.
Your answer is between you and God. The brother being lied to will in no way have his relationship with God affected. imho.
However, if your mate is a serious dub then perhaps someone will spill the beans due to conscience issues.

Seems I remember reading a story where a couple were caught fornicating before their wedding and the elders made them dissolve their relationship. You don't want that to happen.
