You could drink the wine. Your date and you could then get up, go to the front of the hall. Throw the glass down and stomp on it, like in a Jewish wedding ceremony. Then someone can play the hora song from the Mr. Microphone and you can dance the hora and grab your friends as you go down the aisle and they can join you.
