How secure are the GB?

I was thinking today, how secure are the governing body? With all the hatred they have created over the years it wouldnt take much to send someone over the top and try to "exterminate" the ones who they feel are responsible for maybe a ruined marriage or life.

I cetainly wouldnt want to be in their shoes. But I wounder how they feel, do you think they feel secure and safe. Do they have body guards when they go out?

And what do you think would happen if ALL the GB died, all at once, say they all got food poisoning. What would happen to the WT?

OK, ill be honest, this is a secret fantasy and although I dont condone violence I really wish they where no longer on this planet

You know I had a dream about this the other day.

I'd dressed up smart in a suit to blend in with the Bethelites. I went through a library area where a big door with a gold lock was. Some guy was taking in a trolley with food on when I got there so I jumped over the trolley with the door ajar. I then took out all the GB like Leon the Professional while they were all having a meeting. When I woke up it seemed like a really good idea.. for about 10 seconds.
I suppose when you go to bed a bit angry it comes out in your subconscious.

I reckon they do have security at Bethel. Maybe someone who worked there would know how cosetted the GB are.

Yes, they do have security at Bethel. But I don't think taking out the GB will change much....it will just validate them in the eyes of the "faithful" and 10 to 12 more anointed will take their place. Their teaching that some of the anointed will still be on earth when the end comes does not necessarily mean it has to be members of the GB.

The only physical attacks on JWs have been at KHs, usually by non-JW (never been) family members.

It would be more effective to live a happier, productive life away from the WTS and to leave the lines of communication open as much as you can with friends and family.

The teachings/dogma/doctrine of the WTS is larger and more pervasive than any 10 to 12 men.

Why should anyone here or reading this board imitate or fantasize imitating certain religious extremists in the world?

It would be interesting to see what would happen if a nutter sent prematurely all the GB members to their heavenly positions in New Jerusalem (but wait a moment all those practicing lies and deceit will not be allowed in), my guess is that another set of inner circle company men would suddenly become anointed and take over the org following exactly the same policies.

It can not be emphasised enough that the WTS is a judeo masonic creation that was set up most assuredly not to serve Christian interests but those of the judeo masons. Come what may if Jaracz goes, a Jaracz number two will be readily found.

I am surprised that most ppl can't see that finger directing this org from the invisible: remember this is jehovah's organisation and not Christ's Church.

Apparently the GB have secret meetings, no one really knows how they conduct those meetings, unless you read CoC LOL. A completely new dirty dozen might actually do things different.

I wasnt promoting a terrorist style attack, just pointing out how someone could be pushed over the edge to try something ( wouldnt condone that either) and im sure no one here would contemplate it. The reason being we can sound off here, and bring the whole thing back into prospective, but there are thousands of ppl who have been hurt by the WT living in isolation

It was only a hypothetical question anyway !!

I have been in the room where those meetings are held. Believe me, you have to get past several points where you have to show your Bethel ID or be with someone who has Bethel ID. It is not on the regular tours of Bethel.

Vitty, I think many on here give too much power to the individuals on the GB and even as a group. They function much like any elder body does. Remove and replace all the elders in a congregation and some things might clear up, but the doctrinal base stays the same. By the time people in the Borg reach the point where they would even be considered for the GB, they have already demonstrated time and time again that they support the WT and its policies, even under the most bizarre situations. They have proved their loyalty to the organization first and the bible second (or third or not at all). That is why they are called "company men."

If anyone wants healing, hoping, wishing, fantasizing the death of 10 to 12 men in NY won't do it. I care too much about the people who have been hurt that they take on more hurt by killing these men or even think about or fantasize about it. I would rather than get the emotional help they need to heal and move away from their past hurts.

Those ten or twelve men have not produced much or any perhaps of the JW doctrine but they are responsible for propagating and imposing it upon the R&F while they no doubt know that most if not all of it is false.

They are fully liable for the harm that it causes to numerous people, as far as we know they are the top ppl in the org and they can't even use the excuse that they were following orders from above.

Yes, I agree, all the ones at the top are company men.

And so as to be completely politically correct, how about they all hit the bucket from a collective heart attack and not poisoning

My main thought on the subject really was how secure THEY felt, knowing how hundreds of ppl think of them. Not how they could be knocked off

Blondie thanks for your replies, and how did you get to see those hallowed rooms ?

I should emphasize, vitty, that I wasn't in them when a meeting was going on...heavens, a woman.

I have known GB members over the years and other "heavy" Bethelites. I had a behind the scenes tour of that area and the writing process (several times). I used to work for a government agency in the editorial department so they thought I might be interested.

Well, they already got 'spiritual food' poisoning. If they all died the next scumbag in line would take over and all would continue as before - though they might change the chef!
