Drew: When I was fully immersed, it was my opinion there were THREE classes of dubs, not four:
1. The serious ones (doing pretty much everything they were "supposed" to be doing).
2. The not-all-that-serious (doing it their way, but showing up most of the time).
3. The Walking Wounded (hanging around wondering when the hell the magic wand was going to be waved to solve their problems, that being the only reason they were here).
The first group was about 33% of the congo in the 1980's, but now it is down to 20%.
The size of the other two groups varies widely by congregation.
