oops I posted this and then got all busy looking through CD for WT-related files. I have way more than I thought - so far 27 CDs.!!!
Some files are duplicates but I will try to get rid of those and then send some CDs to re-examiner or Elsewhere to post.
I think not too long ago someone posted the list of partakers for the last several years - and strangely in some years it has gone UP
I remember back say 15-25 years ago when you heard of a family leaving the organisation and becoming "apostate" it was a really big thing. Real big!
Back when I first started studying just barely over 20 years ago it was rare and shocking for someone to DA themselves, let alone a while family. Usually when people left back then most were like I was in the late 90s walkaway believers.
So it takes approximately 27 years for an average JW to bring someone into the org?
Oddly enough, that tallies with my own experience. In my roughly 30 yrs as a WTS follower, I brought in about 4 families with a total of 12 people. 11 left before I did. Making a grand total of :ONE!!!
And she was D/Fed some years after me for "questioning"
