What is the quickest time frame that a Reinstated JW's got DF'd again?

My co worker Tammy(not her real name) was Disfellowshipped twice once in 2002 and again in 2005. She was reinstated for a second time in Jan 2006 but I recently found out from her that she is having an "affair" with a non JW's man at our job. Tammy wants to go to the elders but she is afraid that they will DF'd her for the 3rd time. I been talking to her telling her not to go to the elders but she keeps telling me that she feels so guilty and that she does not want to get destroyed by Jehovah at Armaggeddon. So she called the elders the other day to "confess" her sins. I was wondering if she just got reinstated 5 months ago can they re-disfellowship her? Isn't there a time frame that the elders got to go by? I don't know what else to tell Tammy she is such a nice girl and we get along great at work even though she knows I am DA'd.

That is a very good question. I know one person was public reproved about 3 times in 3 months. It happened in the early 80's. The fourth time, he was disfellowshipped. He eventually got reinstated.

No time frame for things like that. if it comes to the ears of the elders they will form a committee in double quick time. From what you say, her chances of survival are almost zero. She would have to promise to give him up and play every trick in the book to claim "repentance" and then I guess it is a slim chance.

Perhaps this girl is not cut out for life in the Borg and it would do her a favour to be released from it. Maybe you can help her see that she has nothing to fear from Armageddon and she is not missing out on a fabled New World .

According to the dubs their org has to be kept clean in order for the Holy spirit to flow through it and they will not think twice about D'Fing what is to them a morally unclean fornicator.

The fear of Armageddon got into her and that drives her back to the borg, if she can get over it that will free up her life a lot.

Six months is the quickest I have known anyone - then after they were reinstated, they immediately stopped going to the meetings. She told me she just wanted her family to speak to her and that was the only way she could figure out how to do it.

I'm thinking her chances of being DF again are pretty much 100%. They're going to bring up the "pattern" word... and being the third time, they will probably question her repentance since it was only 5 months ago she was RI. The elders don't have any 'time frame' ("statute of limitations" haha). They have their own rules.

Bring her to JWD.

It's as sad situation. I was going to joke and say we could run a competiton with the same title as this thread. What is the quickest time frame you can get Reinstated and DF'd again.

there was a guy who was reinstated and then df'd again w/i 30 days. we found out that he was ratted out and was df'd. well he never missed a beat in that he went to all the mtgs and according to everyone he seemed "humbled" (whatever that means!) from what we understood the JC met with the guy again and he lied saying he was not having sex outside of marriage or smoking. from what i understood it only took them two weeks before they found out he was doing what he claimed he was not doing. so they met with him and they df'd him. that was the quickest i ever saw. this guy was in and out on a regular basis.

so here is a question, what is the top number that a single person has been df'd or da'd?

She may not be df'd this time if she gives up the affair and tells the Elders that no one knows about it. That's what happened to me anyway. I had only been reinstated about 6 months and ended up back with the same guy I was df'd over. This last time they put me on private reproof.
