I was told this info from the 10/77 question from readers only apply to unbelivers. I would really like to know if this is true.

This seems to only apply if one of the persons is a JW. But I have seen some try to apply this when both spouses are JWs. But then the JW spouse that confesses to adultery verbally to the "innocent" spouse could be subject to a judicial hearing despite there only being one "witness" to the sin (the spouse who heard the confession). I doubt that any JW would do that. This is a complicated, Pharisaical process...so what is new. Very rarely has this every been used successfully to my knowledge.
