Auld Soul, are you saying you don't believe in the inspiration of the NT? I find that hard to believe.
Or are you saying that this particular line of reasoning would work well on a witness because of the "great apostasy" angle? Which I think sounds more like you.

Responding to her request. That's all. It is hard to support with proof that the NT is inspired. That is a subjective belief and can't reasonably be compelled, in my opinion. I think this line of reasoning would be impossible for a JW to overturn, it uses their own dogma as its primary support.
