I don't remember.
Was I a strong JW? I always believed it all.....while wondering at the back of my mind if it was all nonsense. I always had some secret misbehaviour.
I think I was 15. Maybe 14.
I wasn't overtly coerced into it. It was more a case of having always known it was what I had to do.

11 July 1987 (I had to look up the day.) I was 13. One of the dumbest things I ever did. Of course, at the time, I was so brainwashed, I was desperate to get baptised. All my friends were getting baptised, and I knew it would make my parents happy. I cried when they told me I needed to wait earlier that year. LOL! What an idiot.

Interestingly enough, today was when I was baptized. May 12, 1973.
Disfellowshipped summer of '77. Never to re-turn.

I don't have to remember, it is written on the last page of the Lamp book (yellow) I got (pre-organized book). Date, place and signed by the PO saying I became an ordained minister on that date.

Yes, I remember the exact date. It was in 1979. Twenty-seven years ago this year.
On the positive side, I haven't been to a meeting in a year or two (except for the memorial)....

I honestly cannot remember the day I was baptised. It was some time in the fifties. That's about all
I remember about it. Glad I saw the light that has got brighter and brighter as time goes on.
Have been out for 25 years +.
