His tree may be virgin. The birds have already deberried yours so they know what to expect.

Matbe it's bacause he has his grandkids running in his yard most of the time.
My grandkids are here every few weeks but don;t seem to bother them.
The trees are too big for nets, we have tried bright pie pans and rubber snakes. To tell the truth I don't care if they eat them, I don't have to pick them myself if they clean them off.
