I couldn't care less about cars I just want a car that will get me from point A to point B with reasonable economy and I never bothered about fast or expensive cars. As a consequence I only ever had one car in my life, one I bought new in 1987 and still have it. It's got only 108 000 miles on the clock and is going strong. Apart from the usual maintainance only minor parts had to be replaced all these years.
I also have a camper van for travelling.
Does your personal vehicle reflect your personality?

I don't think my car reflects me. And if I had the cars that I really wanted it would definately show me as a schizophrenic. I would drive and old Toyota Land Cruiser 1965-1980 and an Aston Martin Vanquish.

Our`s looks like a hotwheel, it`s a 1998 bright cherry red Jeep Cherokee with black trim and tinted windows, great engine, great getup and go still for as old as it is.

Does a 1988, 3500 Gold Chevy Cheyenne with a trailor hitch mean anything; if not, then I'll throw in my rawhide cowboy hat.

I guess so, but I prefer SUV's over cars. I have a VW Jetta and I love it. I guess I'll keep loving it till the recall notices start pouring in?
Anyways, I like sport, speed and classy. Dream cars--Porche family would totally be my style.

I want a Hybrid 4-Door Honda - besides being great for the cost of gas; it's also a great service car!
Hey Tres, I always knew you were a devout, field service-minded jw at heart! I don't think my personality is manifested somehow in the vehicle(s) I drive. I tend to buy based on practicality, features, gas mileage, and price. Btw, in the VW commercial, it's too bad they can't have some guy in a hulking SUV or pickup truck calling out on his megaphone "I'm compensating for the small size of my member". That's usually the thought that comes to my mind when I see some guy driving a Hummer or a similar vehicle.

My thought is, it must be nice to have that much extra disposable income just to spend on gas!

Not really. My husband, will not let me get the car I want.

It more reflects my financial situation!
I drive a 10 year old Olds Cutlass Supreme, but I am paying for a beautiful new Honda Element for my ex-wife!
The Olds is not my kind of car - would love a Jeep or a pickup. I've owned a few pickups, and they are my kind of vehicle, though I must say the Olds gets great mileage.
The Olds is reliable, has 160,000 miles on it, runs great, but is a bit worn, needs a new set of rear struts, has a few technical idiosyncracies and the air conditioner doesn't work. Hmmm, maybe it reflects me more than I first thought!
