LoL being one of Jehovah's Witnesses...

There are only a select few that know about my association ("wordly" people) with them when I was a minor.

I have a certain aurora ( did I spell that right?) that people see about me and to tell them I used to be a JW would ruin my image...besides most people look upon you differently when you tell them you were a JW...they just don't get it...for most its beyond their comphrension to understand what it means to be part of the WTS organization..

LoL I am also eyeing a future political career...can't have people knowing I was a JW.

I also wanted to mention my wife to be finally knows that I used to be a JW...telling her that was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life...I didn't want to lose her on the account of some wacko religious organization.

Getting confined in the house for that long for a minor transgression is quite severe, that could be done to someone for vandalism or a big theft but not for changing grades. I suppose morals were different in the 1960's.

As for those two girls it was at different times. The older one (and by far the prettier) used to be at the same dance school and we were paired together. The younger one was also my sister's close friend and used to come round often.

I was never a good JW. Doubted and disbelieved almost everything in one way or another, from a very early age (like 7) but thought I could still be a JW and "wait on Jehovah" even though I hardly believed anything they said fully.

When I was 10, I stole money from the literature money box (my dad was the literature servant and brought the box home after every meeting). He never locked it because he never thought we kids would steal from Jehovah. Boy was he wrong! I used the money to buy cigs at the local store.

Yeah, now that I think about it, I was doomed from the start!

I got arrested for trespassing in 1995. I have never told my parents or the congregation about it. Very few people know about it.

I was the editor of the school newspaper in high school and I hid secret messages in the articles dissing the vice principal.

I said yes to a gazillion proposals one year because I did not know how to hurt anyone. Ok, not a gazillion, but maybe 4 or 5 of 7. My advise is don't do that. It is very wrong and you will hate yourself for a long time for it.

I'll never tell, I don't like being in jail, if I tell it would be hell.
