When i went to psychic, i thought that she was actually doing a 'reading' of me. If that is what they do, then i could do it myself w a focussed meditation, and so could you. Do you know how to meditate? Next step is to maintain your focus steadily on your partner. Let come up what comes, and stay w it, don't suppress.
I understand that some psychics have help from the other side. That is a different situation from the above. It might be worth a shot.
