This is a difficult call.
We were told that at 6 months old our son would die if he didn't have immeadiate surgery.
Blood, at that time was of course a big issue. We asked for a second opinion.
The second opinion was NO SURGERY unless absolutely essential.
We asked for a third opinion.
The third opinion was NO SURGERY unless absolutely essential.
At twenty years old, my son has never needed surgery. If we'd gone by the first surgeon he may have been dead or crippled!
