Another newbie posting here-know I don't know you but wish you well. I have had a couple of operations myself. Just don't try to do too much too soon. Allow yourself to relax. Read some good books, catch up on letter writing or watching movies. Look outside at the beautiful sky. Hope you are better soon.

" Dear Lord you know what our Annie is facing I ask that you place the HOLY SPIRIT beside her during this operation, guide the DR hands. You say where two on earth agree about something it will be granted Annie & I ( I am sure many others) are leaving this at the foot of the cross...I ask it in the NAME ABOVE ALL OTHERS JESUS CHRIST Amen"
AMEN.
Good health to you Annie.

Hi Annie!...Isn't it awful when you tell the Dr you have something wrong and they give you a "Pill".
My daughter went through that for two years..turned out to be her gallblatter. Never showed up on most tests till they took it out. It was huge!...
Go figure!
She just knew it must be cancer or something and was worried to death. She still has pain in that area occasionally but is feeling so much better.
Is the growth by any chance on the thyroid gland?
My other daughter had to have her whole thyroid gland removed and has to take synthroid daily now.You can really tell when she doesn't take it. Then I yell at her how important it is.
Anyway..I'll be thinking about you and sending you some healing strength..(Prayer)
Please keep in touch as soon as you can and let us know how you are doing...us 64 year olds have to take care of ourselves!
We have the best years of our lives coming up!...

Reminds me of when my father felt crappy for months and had to go to the hospital continually with horrible chest pains. It turned out to be a rare form of pneumonia (50% mortality; most people are immune to it, but he was on immuno-suppresants), but the Prednisone he was taking somehow made it hard for the X-rays to pick that up.
((((((((Annie))))))))), I hope you will be up and going quickly.
