I am happy to report that I am fairly confident that we are looking at a juvenile spectacled owl.

Well, good for them. They wanted it, planned it out, and built it. It must be very satisfying for them. They obviously think that they are blessed. Hopefully J will continue to bless them with enough money to afford some life jackets for the congregation.
