I sure don't. I never use Microsoft's Outlook. I wouldn't even know where to begin. I took classes on a lot of the program, but have since forgotten them. I think that I have a DVD burner on here, but I can't figure out how to use it?

Anyone else technically challenged by their computer? Or frustrated?
Yup, my lap top is six months old and over heats and I'm sure there are more than a few things on it that I don't know how to use, I'm ready to throw it out the freaking window.

Lola, that commercial about kids knowing how to use the computer better than their parents is true. My 16-year-old daughter can't type as fast as I can, but she knows how to do things that I can't. I was trying to download something from the web, and I couldn't get it started. She said "Did you right click on it?". I right clicked on it and the darn thing started downloading. I'm wondering what she's been downloading now!
LOL what's really sad is my 13 year old sister is really good at using the lap top, god I'm only a few years older!

I've finally figured out this cool cup holder on my computer that comes out when you push a button. It says "52X-52X-32X" on it, but I'm not sure what that means

IP I was trying to burn a DVD, and I couldn't. I kept saying that I had the wrong type of CD in the darn thing. Could it be that I am supposed to stick it somewhere else? Maybe, I should read the manual. I put a DVD R disc into the CD drive????
When I need something out of the ordinary done, I ask my 6 year old daughter to help me.
