If you are into U.S. history, Washington D.C. is a really neat city. (just make sure you don't go in the middle of summer!)

The Smithsonian (which is a complex of several museums) is incredible.

The Ford Theatre where Abraham Lincoln was shot is still there.

The Holocaust Museum is something I think everyone should experience.

For someone who has never been there, going and looking at various places such as the White House, the Capital Building, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial is a really neat experience. Georgetown is a cool place to spend some time, they have some really good restaurants and clubs.

Vegas is probably good for a maximum of 3 days.

The glitz wears out really quickly.

San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, BC are all really nice to visit too.

Yes, the smitsonian, is something of a must. Have never been there.....
Maybe the holocaust mesuem is a bit out of place there, as there are some more historical places here where there are museums of that kind.... D

I agree with las Vegas. I mean Hawaii is nice, but the city itself? And the other cities were not too exited IMHO. Or I am missing something?

Honolulu was fun--Waikiki Beach. Of course, I recommend a month or 12 there!

Miami is fun and worth 3 days. I'm a huge beach-lover. Dallas-so many apostates, it's worth it. Philadelphia is a city I grew up going to, and worth a couple days.

Stay out of Trenton! Lol!!!!!!
