Having special privileges that few have. (i.e.: Raising your hand to give predefined answers, giving talks that 99.999% of the world doesn't give a rat's ass about, going door-to-door to annoy people at their homes, etc...)

I was a very happy Dams the day I realized that they were going to stop allowing me the "privilege" of being on the school :D

Carrots only attract prey animals like rabbits, or beasts of burden like an ass or a donkey.

So I suppose these are the kinds of personality the WTBTS draws to it. And the carrot is in the end of a stick so they just keep trying and trying.
