We to to listen to almost everything except heavy metal, until 1982. At a DC, there was so much emphasis on Satanic influence in music that my mother disposed of nearly all our albums.

The only thing my parents were really concerned with were movies, they kept a pretty tight riegn on what I watched, but books and music they never paid much attention to.

I denied myself most of the music thru the 1980's, just to find out many in the congregation were listening to the music I was struggling to keep away from. Elders and M.S.'s included!
